I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and I still love coming to work each day. It is a great passion of mine to bring happiness to families and clients through homeownership. I know that no single loan program holds all the answers nor is the best fit for every individual so I continually train and educate myself on lending guidelines and new loan products.
I help my clients navigate the loan process by explaining credit reports, discussing down payments and exploring the best loan programs that meet their financial needs and long-term goals.
I am truly passionate about my profession with nearly 100% in referral business from satisfied past clients, financial planners and top real estate agents in California, I am here to lend a helping hand. I take pride in providing personalized care, high-quality service and professionalism. It’s my goal to earn your trust and become your mortgage advisor for life. The biggest compliment I can receive is when a client comes back for a refinance, to purchase another home, or refers a friend or family member.
At the heart of everything I do is my family. I have 3 small children, 10, 7 and 4. It is very important to me that they are taught human kindness, the value of helping others and always doing the right thing.

MOLLY BROWN
Molly Brown comes with a lifetime of experience as her father is well-respected and top-producing professionally in the mortgage industry. She has been in our industry for 7 years and has helped the team double our production while providing a tremendous amount of care to our clients and partners alike. Her forward-thinking, scrappy attitude is a pillar in our foundation as it allows us to constantly grow and provide the very best in service for our clientele. Molly has been a key part of the team for several years with a focus on providing support for our back office and underwriting teams.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her dog, friends & family as well as travelling the world and venturing the various beaches.
JOE NUSCA
We just celebrated Joe’s 2-year work anniversary with Team Andee. We were lucky to add him to the team in July 2020. Joe's education includes a B.S. in Criminology from Lasell University in Newton, Mass. He managed Saks 5th Ave. loss prevention for Southern California region prior to joining our team. After discovering a love for the real estate industry while working through business development for nearly a year on the side, he decided to join our team full time. Since we've had the opportunity to have him join us, we've heard nothing but fantastic acclaim from our real estate partners and clients alike due to his ability to be detailed, focused and create a fantastic atmosphere for our clients.
​In Joe's free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter and family as well as their dog. He also enjoys refining his grilling skills and perfecting his culinary skills in the kitchen.
